The family run business ESSETI has been operating for two generations and more than 35 years in
the sector of the production of steel, iron, aluminium and copper tubes of diameters ranging from 4
to 65 mm.
The company headquarters are situated in the industrial area of Pozzo d’Adda (near Trezzo
sull’Adda) and can be easily reached, also due to the nearby motorway A4.
Our geographical position in the centre of the Italian market of the sector underlines our leading
market position.
ESSETI covers the whole market in the North of Italy ranging from west to east as far as Emilia
Romagna.
Our company has witnessed the appearance of the first machines of the sector as well as the
constant developments of the production processes with great attention.
Starting from the first simple and partly manual procedures to working with the latest electronic technologies, ESSETI has always
given top priority to research and development.
Each customer request is elaborated by our highly qualified technical department; projects and drawings are prepared to solve any
possible technical problems and/or to propose alternatives or different solutions taking into account the available installations and
equipment. As we are also working as sub-suppliers, we are not dependent on minimum quantities of orders but can also furnish
small/medium serial productions as well as large-scale production.
We are no only able to meet simple requirements for tube processing but also customer requests for specific solutions such as
particular tube end shaping. ESSETI has significantly increased its proper production since 2003. Our fields of business operation
range from metal processing in the houseware and furniture sector tot he automobile and motorcycle industries.
ESSETI has got five plants for shaping and control as well as a three-dimensional laser test bench for measuring purposes.
The technical and commercial organisation of our company is flat, simple and efficient.
Production is always carried out on the technical data furnished by the customer.
Customers can obtain information of the order processing at any time.
Our technical department develops and monitors your projects by means of CAD 2D/3D systems and works our samples and
production programmes on the basis of the furnished data.
